Submission Rules
- All submissions must be accompanied by a complete disclaimer. If a suitable disclaimer is not included, the site administrators reserve the right to add a disclaimer. Repeat offenders may be subject to further action up to and including removal of stories and account.
- Stories must be submitted to the proper category. If there is an appropriate sub-category, DO NOT add your story to the main category.
- If the category/character of your choice is missing, please contact us and we will add it ASAP
- Do not submit your story multiple times!
- Stories with multiple chapters must be added to the same story via Manage Stories in your account.
- Titles and summaries must be suitable for all ages, so no foul language.
- "Please read", "Untitled", etc. are not acceptable titles or summaries.
- Please try your best on correct grammar and spelling. The owner is not a native speaker herself and knows how hard finding a beta reader can be, but a little bit of effort should be visible.
- For stories /chapters who haven't been yet beta read, please make a note under Story / Chapter notes, it's only fair to the reader and might help you locating a beta.
- All stories must be rated correctly and have the appropriate warnings.
- Please keep in mind, shows currently aired in your country, might be way ahead of other countries, so please post appropriate spoilers.
- A number of authors have requested that fans refrain from writing fan fiction based on their work. Therefore submissions will not be accepted based on the works of P.N. Elrod, Raymond Feist, Terry Goodkind, Laurell K. Hamilton, Anne McCaffrey, Robin McKinley, Irene Radford, Anne Rice, and Nora Roberts/J.D. Robb.
- No real person fanfic - under any circumstances.
- You are not allowed to write stories with explicit sexual scenes involing kids under the age of 14, of course fanfic dealing with the problems of child abuse, like a CSI fanfic dealing with a child molester gone serial or a General hospital fanfic revolving around the cast discovering abuse with a patient are not included. It's fine as long as the details refer to the crime and are not depicted as a turn on. If you are unsure - just ask before hand.
- Absolutely no rape stories where rape is shown as pleasurable, I don't care if the victim is male or female, rape doesn't equal foreplay. If you are not familiar with the horrible consequences and what it does to a person or you simple can't tell the difference between rape and rape fantasies, read the guide on "Rape in Fanfiction".
Submissions found to be in violation of these rules may be removed and the author's account suspended at the discretion of the site administrators and/or moderators. See the Terms of Service for more information.
